Capsulating Machine for sparkling wine and champagne capsules

Axtra industrial capsulator for capsules of sparkling wine and champagne provides a system of verification of wirehood presence in the standard equipment. This system avoids the distribution of the capsules in case of lack. In case of correct positioning of the wirehood and the capsule, the bending and smoothing phases are carried out through pneumatic heads.

The format change equipment of the container such as wormscrews, starwheels, central arch and gripping pads, can be normal or universal. The quick release systems allow a reduction of the format changeover time and a consequent costs optimization.

Axtra capsulators are designed to work containers of any material, shape and size.

On the basis of the diameter and height of the capsules are provided the related accessories: glass/es distribution and pusher/s head/s.

Capsulation

The capsulation is the first phase of "dressing" any product. The capsulation can have a protective function and guarantee to the consumer the safety that the product is intact and has not been contaminated by external agents, or simply a packaging function to beautify the product. Axtra designs and manufactures capsulating machines that, depending on the speed, can be equipped with a distributor with fixed or mobile bells, with one or more heads for the smoothing of the capsules; the basic equipment, can be integrated with optical reading centering systems, that allow the orientation of the capsules with respect to the containers.
