Inspector machine for the visual control of the bottles

The range of machines according to speed is divided into two product lines:

– orbital: it overturns the container in parallel to the conveyor belt;
– rotary: the container moves radially around a carousel.

In both cases the operator has the opportunity to view the bottles and their content in order to understand if there are impurities or leaks from the cap and decide whether to discard it or not.

The container format change equipment such as worm screws, star wheels, central arch and gripping pads can, be normal or universal. The quick release systems allow a reduction of the format change times and a consequent cost optimization.
