The brusher allows the recovery of cylindrical and conical trunk glass containers because it is able to remove the self-adhesive paper labels .
In the basic equipment of the brusher the integration of programmable automatic washing systems is foreseen in order to simplify the machine cleaning. The filtration systems allow the reuse of the label removal liquid.
Each machine can be installed individually or in parallel with the most common scrubbers; this last solution allows to reduce the size of the machine and its operating costs.
The format change equipment such as worm screws, star wheels, central arch, centering plates and cap pusher sets can be normal or universal. The quick release systems allow a reduction of format change times and a consequent cost optimization.
