Each single machine, manufactured on a strong stainless steel electrowelded and sandblasted structure, can be placed in any packaging line. The studied body, realized to reduce at minimum the space, allows an easier operators activity, both during production, change format, and cleaning service. All these activities are performed in the whole respect of current regulation in terms of healthy and safety.
All machines, designed in order to solve any kind of containers internal cleaning, can be equipped with one or more blowing treatments (air, inert gas,etc ) and/or washing sterilization by steam or liquids (network or treated water, filling product, etc. ). Each cycle, performed with fixed or mobile nozzles, can be programmed for the treatment time and flow.
All machines, designed to handle the various filling situations (temperature, density, viscosity, etc ) can be equipped with mechanical, pneumatic or electronical valves. Any filling cycle and the CIP cleaning can be programmed and usable for different products
All machines, manufactured in partnership with specialized companies of this sector, are shaped to handle any kind of capping, and relative problems (dust aspiration, inert gas dosing, steam saturation, cap internal foil presence, and fitting control). Based on the required capping, mechanical, magnetic, pneumatic, or electronical controlled heads can be supplied.
Based on production speed, each machine is equipped with a fixed or mobile cups distributor together with several types of smoothing heads of the capsules; the standard equipment can be integrated with control systems (caps presence and closure) and container optical orientation, which facilitate the operation and increase the quality of applications.
The whole range of machines is based on the modular concept, which allows the handling of one or more aggregates, for the application of self adhesive, and/or cold glue, and/or hot melt labels. Any machine can be maked out in order to handle mechanical orientation (side, bottom notch, handle) and/or optical (coloured notch, UV spot, etc.) for a correct label positioning on the container; the basic configuration can be integrated with presence control system for caps, capsules, and labels. For the latter is also possible to check the correct position and its relative content.

AXTRA has developed a system that allows to remove paper self-adhesive labels completely without ruining the container where they are applied. This was thought for those firms which want to use up the glass cylindrical bottles or those bottles which have been wrongly labelled.
